Overview: identify a problem and invent a solution to that problem. One of the most difficult tasks in design is coming up with good problems. We think a good design is a solution to a real human need. And solving a real problem for real people makes it easy to stay motivated.

Not knowing when the laundry rooms are full. Wasting time when you go down and there are no available machines. How can I make laundry less of a hassle? What if there's a way to conveniently check? What would this look like?
