Founder and current Creative Director of Stanford’s largest student-run business, responsible for end-to-end experience design and cross-functional execution. Leads an executive team of 9 creatives, scales growth through metrics-driven initiatives, and designs internal systems to improve team (60+) efficiency and productivity. 

Led product (decisions, strategy and design) for WineFind from early concept to MVP by defining priorities, making trade-offs, and translating user insights into execution, resulting in a launched AI-powered product and investor traction, including backing from James Suckling.

Leds marketing and communications for Stanford Management Group, Stanford’s premier consulting club;  redesigned SMG's digital brand system (website, instagram) and assets to deliver a more professional, cohesive experience across all member and client-facing platforms.

Won 1st place in a 48-hour designathon by rapidly interpreting the prompt, applying a structured design thinking process, and delivering a user-centered product concept with supporting research and prototypes. Led my team through problem framing, ideation, prototyping, and presentation, culminating in a polished final pitch that impressed the Adobe judge with our extensive process.

Designed and taught weekly design thinking workshops for 40+ students, guiding teams through the full design thinking process from user research to testing AI helping teams translate abstract concepts to testable prototypes and finally into a high-fidelity functional AI agent.

Led end-to-end product design for sourmilk.com from zero-to-launch by identifying user drop-off and value-clarity gaps, resulting in a clearer UI/UX experience, increased waitlist sign-ups, and a visual system now consistently used across Sourmilk’s branding and marketing. 

Led UI/UX and Product Design for Stanford Climate Week by building the website and visual system from the ground up (branding to implementation), creating clear information architecture and a cohesive digital rebranded experience for a large, interdisciplinary campus audience.

Consulted on UX and product strategy for Google Pixel Studio by leading user research across SMB creatives, synthesizing 90+ surveys and 15 interviews into actionable UI/UX and workflow recommendations, presenting findings and design directions at Google HQ to inform product prioritization based off our research.

Consulted on product and go-to-market strategy for BioTech Beauty by leading customer research across 160+ surveys and 35 interviews. Translated insights into actionable recommendations across branding, UX, and lifecycle touchpoints, contributing to clearer positioning, higher digital engagement and the brand’s successful retail expansion into Credo Beauty.

Owned end-to-end planning and execution of a Stanford speaker event featuring Rocky Xu, Founder and CEO of Rocky’s Matcha, coordinating all stakeholders and event logistics for 100+ attendees. Facilitated a structured live Q&A with Rocky and the audience, guiding discussion on product strategy, early-stage decision-making, building consumer brands and what the future holds.
